Step: 1

Confirmation of dimensions

Arrange the products that need customized packaging reasonably, get the dimensions of the products, (length, width, height) if you are not sure how to arrange the products, you can tell us all the dimensions of the products, our designers will plan the most reasonable size for you!

Step: 2

Confirmation of Material

The material of the product is very important for packaging, not only to determine the cost but also to determine whether it is suitable for your product

Suppose your products are light, small in size, or on a budget. We recommend cardstock, which is usually around 150-350 gsm thick.
If your product is of moderate size and weight, and you are looking for cost-effective packaging, we recommend the most popular corrugated and gray board materials, which are usually between 0.5 and 3 mm thick.

Paper Tray

This is the most cost-effective inner tray and is usually used in corrugated boxes.

EVA Foam

EVA is the most commonly chosen material for the inner tray of gift boxes, with good elasticity.

HoneyComb Tray

This is one of the newest and most popular inner trays with great cushioning

Satin

This is a soft content material like silk, with a better satin sheen gorgeous effect

EPE Foam

EPE is made of polyethylene foam, and the surface can be flocked or laminated.

Blister

Very low cost but high MOQ, not suitable for small quantities.
